RECOMMENDED USE
Hemp Seed Oil contains the essential fatty acids: Linoleic Acid, as well as Alpha-Linoleic Acid (ALA). These fatty acids are useful in the maintenance of good health. 
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults (18 years and older): 1 softgel, three times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.
